Hi.
I rebuilt the Array successfully after swapping a new HD into bay 6. There should be a total of 12TB, as there was before the last disk failed. All physical drives are green in the Utility and read properly. The Disk Array even reads as 12TB. But the Logical Drive only reads 10TB, as well as in Disk Utility on my iMac. Any ideas why or how to fix this?

Please register the unit then you can create a web support ticket and attach the subsystem report so we can check and let you know.
Steps to save the subsystem report :
1) Open Promise Utility.
2) Click subsystem information icon on the top of the window.
3) Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility.
4) Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report
Note : In RAID 5 one disk will be taken as parity so if you had 6x2TB drives the LD capacity will only be 10 TB.
