Pegasus2 R6 stuck in limbo...

So my R6 has all the blue drive LEDs permantly on. The power light is permantly orange. (neither are flashing)

I have tried restarting/shutting down my system (Mac Book Air via Thunderbolt Display)
Also tried holding R6 power button for 5+ seconds.

Any other ideas?

I have exactly the same problem with my Pegasus2 R2+ RAID1. In the Promise Utility all hard drives look O.K., but RAID is non-existing.
