Hello,

since a few days I have a problem with Pegasus2 R6, one of the disk PD2 is throwing Command Timeout, Disk has been reset.

Logical and Physical disk are all i GOOD condition.

Array is unresponsive, when I try to browse files it hangs  and throws mentioned error. Media Patrol hangs up also.

I have a spare drive, manual mentions how to Force Disk Offline, is this the proper way to replace disk?

Even if, I cannot find this option in Promise tool.
