Hi,

Promise Pegasus2 R6 drive stopped to be available on computers.

With the drives in it promise utility doesn't recognize the pegasus2.

If i remove all drives then pegasus2 is available. I try to hot plug all the 6 drives but same promise utility hangs and pegasus2 was not available.

I've removed again the drives and tried to do a firmware update of pegasus2. it was 05.04.0000.27 or 05.04.0000.37 can't remember and i try to upgrade to 05.04.0000.56. But i get a message update failed and the update progress bar was still 0%

I powered off the pegasus2 and now it doesn't want to power on. I hear the fan but the power button doesn't turn blue , red or orange.

Support case is open but waiting for the answer so i came here to see if there is a chance i can get my data back.

Buying a new pegasus2 can be an option.
Please advise and i hope there is a small chance to get my datas
