I was working on an expansive video project. I took a break, when I returned my computer (macpro Late 2013) my editing software told me that my file was in the wrong file format. I restarted my computer at this point. When it relaunched, the Peagasus Disk image wouldnt appear in finder, even though it appears in Disk utility as "docked'. I've used the Sudo code fix that I found on this website, but it didn't do anything. Are there any other fixes for this? This is a very time sesitive project needs to be done by thursday. any help is appreciated.

Hi,

What is the power/drive light status of the unit? Are you able to access the Promise Utility?

If yes, please save the subsystem report of the unit to check further.

- Open Promise Utility
- Click subsystem information icon on the top of the window
- Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility
- Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report

Please open a case at http://support.promise.com then upload the report or call us at (408) 228-1500 to troubleshoot the issue.

Thank you.
