Got a used R6 from eBay and can't get it to work.
iMac 5k (Ultimo 2014), MacOS El Capitan (10.11.6)
It shows up in the system overview, but not on the desktop or anywhere else.
Also the latest Promise Utility seems unresponsive, as it doesn't show any Utility window.
App just starts, but then nothing happens.
I already changed cables, tried on my MacBook and on a different iMac with Yosemite on it. Same reaction on all machines.
The R6 itself shows all lights in blue and no error at all.
Any advise ?
Don't want to return the device.....

Please pull out all the drives(half way) and power on again.
Please verify is the Promise Utility can be opened?
