I force my disk 4 and 5 online. I update Promise Utility. Now, the disk no.5 does not have its ID under Physical Drive List. The status of Disk Array shows Degraded.
The Pegasus2 R6 is not mounted at my IMAC.
Yesterday morning. the Pegasus2 R6 was beaping.....and my Imac says , the system fail to repair your Pegasus disk, please copy your data and reformate... When I was about to prepare the empty portable drive for copy, the Pegasus2 R6 no longer shown at my computer. ....
What should I do now?
I need to get my files back for an animation film I am working on. URGENT!
