I saw on that document "Pegasus2 Compatibility List v4.0-20201231.pdf" that not compatible after OS 11. Do I have to install a older OS ?

Hi Matthieu,

You don't have to load an older OS.

But are you running the M1 Sonoma or the Intel Sonoma?

Also could you run this command in terminal and copy and paste the output here?

kextstat | grep promise

Matthieu:~ admin$ kextstat et grep promesse
Extra arguments starting at et....
usage: kextstat [-a] [-k] [-l] [-b bundle_id] ...

Use kextstat -help (-h) for a list of options.

Hi Matthieu,

The Intel macOS has a Pegasus driver builtin. But it does not seem to have loaded.

Try manually loading it, the command from terminal is...

sudo kextload /System/Library/Extensions/PromiseSTEX.kext

After it is loaded you can verify with the same command as before, you should see something like this.

promise-technology@Promises-Pro PromiseSTEX.kext % kextstat | grep promise
Executing: /usr/bin/kmutil showloaded
No variant specified, falling back to release
   98    0 0xffffff8002d13000 0xb000     0xb000     com.promise.driver.stex (6.2.13) AE253556-66D8-38D2-B9D1-179B78F29153 <97 18 7 6 3>
