Have an issue where our Pegasus2 R4 goes into STANDBY mode and won't exit. Still reponsive to the utility and Dashboard shows green for all subsystems. Last log entries show each drive going into STANDBY mode and then the array going into STANDBY mode. Drives still show mounted but if nothing happens if you try to access them. When attempting to shut down Pegasus holding the power button, indicator goes red but system does not shut down. Have to pull power to restore it.
Any ideas as to what might be causing this. Is there a way to defeat the STANDBY mode completely. This is a 24x7 system.
