Pegasus2 R4 not showing up in Devices

Hi, I am running an iMac late 2013 27" 3.5GHz with 24GB RAM running OSX 10.11.4. I powered down the Pegasus2 R4 but now it's not being recognised under my devices after restarting my iMac - it turns on and the thunderbolt icon at the front is blue as well as all the lights for the drives. The power button is also blue.

I have the latest version of Promise Utility.

Can you please let me know what I should try next?
