通电状态下，一块硬盘被弹出，然后红色指示灯常亮，检查后文件数据还在，但文件排列混乱，请问怎么解决，谢谢

Hi Shaozhe,

Looks like Logical drive is OFFLINE and we need to check the subsystem logs to see if we can recover it.

Please open a case at https://support.promise.com/ with the Service Report.

1) Open Promise Utility.

2) Click subsystem information icon on the top of the window.

3) Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility.

4) Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report and attach it to the case.
