I currently use Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6 and have a Pegasus2 R2+ connected via Thunderbolt.
And currently using Promise Utility ver 4.02.0000.21
Is it correct that the Promise Utility for this unit is still not compatible with mac OS Catalina?

Yes, you are having the correct version of the Utility. Pegasus 2R2+ units will mount with OS Catalina but the Utility is something which will not load.

As much of us, my access to the Pegasus 2 R4 is no longer possible.
I was working with IMAC PRO; Mac OS 10.15.4
Please let me know what can of help can I ask, or what to expect about new drivers o utilies. Everything es locked and the drive doesnt mount .

-What is the power light status and drive light status?
-Is there any recent changes in Mac OS such as update?
-Check with swapping the Thunderbolt cable at different port of Pegasus and Mac.

HI Ranjith.
I can't connect with the Pegasus 2 R2+ as well. The Blue power lights and the drive lights are on. I have tried both the slots for the thunderbolt as well as the USB. The Utility also appears to be not working. Firmware OK, new Utility loaded. Mac os Catalina 10.15.4. Thanks for the help. MIke
I got a response from Promise Support.
The Promose Utility that works with the Pegasus2 R2+ is still not compatible with Mas OS Catalina (10.15). Their suggestion is to not upgrade to Catalina until the new utility is available. But they also do not have an esitmate of when this will be.
Catalina was released in October 2019. The Pegasus2 R2+ is still a current product. If it has not been done in 8 months, it would not be unreasonable to presume that it may not be happening.
Just so others are aware, I used the 'Check For Updates' feature within the Promose Utility - that resulted in the Utility updating to a newer version that does not seem to be compatible with the Pegasus2 R2+. It resulted in a frozen system, and I had to install an earlier version of the Promise Utility. So, I suggest not using that built-in feature. Only download from the correspoding product page on their website.
If you have already upgraded to Catalina, unsure what they suggest.
In Mac OS Catalina I find that the Promise Utility does not operate completely correctly, i.e. failing to save a Subsystem Service Report after clicking on Save, and I find that after rebooting into OS Catalina
