Pegasus2 Bad drives.

I have been using a Pegasus2 Series - Pegasus2 R4 for a few years without any problems. Yesterday I noticed that there was dust and around the front of my drives so I turned off the unit and ejected the drives and cleaned them. When I reinstalled the drives two of started showing bad.  Any thoughts or suggestions?

Hi James,

In order to find the exact problem please register yourself as a user @https://support.promise.com/ and open a case with  latest subsystem report.

Steps to save the subsystem report :

1) Open Promise Utility.

2) Click subsystem information icon on the top of the window.

3) Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility.

4) Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report.
