Hello,

I have an old Pegasus R6 and this morning it did not show up, I installed the promise Utility and it shows a critical status but I can't seem to find how to determine which Disk is faulty. I tried to save the SubSystem Service report but it does not seem to save (or at least I don't know where it would be stored). I accept responsibility and have access to drive now and copy all data to another drive. Any suggestion how to fix this and how to determine faulty drive (I have a replacement drive at had) would be great. Thanks a lot Stefan

Hi Stefan,

-Kindly let us know about Mac OS version and Promise utility version?

-If you have older version of Promise utility and latest Mac OS version, then you may get issue

with saving the subsystem report. So kindly download the Promise utility as per your Mac OS from

our website and then trying to save report.

Please reach us through support.promise.com for quick response.

Regards,

Promise Team

Mac OS 10.15.5

Promise Utility I just downloaded from your web site so I assume latest version, if I click on About Promise Utility nothing comes up so I'm not sure exactly which version. Just looked at your download page should be SR3.0.2

Thanks

Stefan

Unfortunately, your web site is very unclear if I look up Downloads for my old Promis Pegasus R6 it shows the old version of the Promis Utility and not the current version, neither did I find a note that the latest version only found for the much newer Pegasus Raid's is compatible with the old Pegasus, I now installed the latest version and that does allow to save reports and also identifies corrupted drive.
