Pegasus r6 stopped working after connecting to new IMac with os 11

I recently bought a new imac 2020 and after switching and connecting my 

FG.PegasusR6.BOX.EMEA.Promise.with 2TB SATA HDD.for APL

for the first time it stopped being recognized

I am running OS11.1 on the new machine and using an thunderbolt  3 to 2 adapter but it also won't mount on the old machine running 10.13.6 any longer

Can the Promise Utility see the Pegasus R6 box?

Have you updated to the latest Firmware and Drivers?

Hello Robert,

Try swapping the thunderbolt ports, cables and check if the unit is detected by the MAC under System Profiler. Have you installed the latest driver for MAC OS 11?

I recommend you to open a support ticket at support.promise.com so we can check and assist further.
