Hi Noor,

In order to find the exact problem we need to check latest subsystem report. Please save an report using the below steps and upload it to this post.

- Open Promise Utility

- Click subsystem information icon on the top of the window

- Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility

- Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report and attach it to this post.

You can also open a case at support.promise.com website and upload the files to that case.

 HI Noor,

I have verified the report , could see that PD3 (Physical drive ) has encountered smart error and the drive needs to be replaced. Please replace the PD3 and perform rebuild on the new drive.

Please find the below link refers to compatibility list.

Can i replace the hard disk and rebuild on the new drive without loss of data?

Devendra Kumar posted this 03 December 2016

Hi Noor,

The Logical drive has been configured with RAID5 configuration which can hold one drive fault tolerance. Yes, you can replace and perform rebuild on the new drive without loss of data.
