Pegasus R6 RAID-System – trouble

Hello,

"Pegasus R6" RAID-System was running for years 

– and now suddenly it is totally confusing and frustrating.

It started with the fact that one could not access "suddenly" 

 

A plate in the RAID lights red, but that alone may not mean a "total failure", right?

- At the moment, it either does not appear on the network at all

or

- appears, but I can not access

or

- I can access, but nothing to copy

 

 

I have already replaced the "red" hard disk with an other one

and started a "rebuild" manually. But that seems to hang up...

 

Could someone here kindly take a look at my "Promise Utility - Service Report" ?

I do not know how to continue.
