Pegasus R6 Not Mounting / Showing up in Mac Finder

Dear Support Team,

I have exactly the same problem like other people. My Pegasus Promise R6 suddenly stopped mounting two days ago. Promise Utilitiy tells me that everything is ok but I just cant get access to it. There are a lot of files saved on it so I donnot want to try something without your advice. Under the Thunderbolt tab of Mac it tells me that the device is connected. I attached some screenshots. I also made the subsystem file info. Is it possible to attach it or send it to you?

Hi Elwin,

It looks like this issue needs to be analyzed with the help of subsystem report of the unit to find out the problem.You can call technical support at 408-228-1500 or reach out through support case at  https://support.promise.com/ and attach the report.

I had the same problem........ I just installed my Pegasus 3 R6 last night on my new 2016 15" MacBook Pro. All went great with the exception of showing up as an attached hard drive along with no desktop iCon. All I had to do was update the Promise firmware by following these directions (link below). This should work for any Pegasus....
