Dear Support Team,
I have exactly the same problem like other people. My Pegasus Promise R6 suddenly stopped mounting two days ago. Promise Utilitiy tells me that everything is ok but I just cant get access to it. There are a lot of files saved on it so I donnot want to try something without your advice. Under the Thunderbolt tab of Mac it tells me that the device is connected. I attached some screenshots. I also made the subsystem file info. Is it possible to attach it or send it to you?
