PEGASUS R6 NEW & OLD BOTH FAIL TO POWER-UP / MOUNT W/2011 IMAC 27" IOS 10.12.6

Both of my R6 units wih not power up-or mount. They display red light on energizing, then switch to blue, then power off.

Hi Gary,

If the communication between the computer and the Pegasus2 unit, the unit will be automatically shut down. Please make sure the thunderbolt cable between the computer and the Pegasus2 unit is properly connected and try to boot the unit to see how it works.
