I have a Pegasus R6 that was working fine with 4 4TB drives in a RAID5 configuration. Not sure how old it is (serial number is SG0019096001. Now, when I turn on the power, the smaller of the two fans spins but no lights come on on the front. Any suggestions?

Hi Jeff,

Have you checked the unit without drives. If then, then kindlly verity it.

-Shutdown the unit

-Mark the drives and then remove one ony one.

-Power on the unit without drives and verify the light status.

If still there is no light status, then it may be issue with chassis.

Kindly reach us through by creating the web support case for quick response.

Pegasus comes pre-configured out of the box. Simply unpack, supply power, and connect the Thunderbolt cable (currently, only available from Apple) to the Thunderbolt port on your computer, and you will be ready to either ingest/edit production video, or store all your important documents, music, photos, and videos. Management of Pegasus is made possible through an easy to use, all new, made-for-Mac OS X GUI utility. I  might want to thank you for the endeavors you have made recorded as a hard copy this post. I am trusting a similar best work from you later on also. Indeed your exploratory writing capacities has propelled me to begin my own blog now. Actually the blogging is spreading its wings quickly. Your review is a fine case of it.
