Pegasus r6 appears fine, won't mount

After installing the latest system update to my mac (10.13.5), the Pegasus r6 will not mount.  it appears fine in the Promise Utility, and shows up greyed out in the disk utility.  I've searched for solutions to this issue online, and have found none.  I've upgraded the Promise Utility, and firmware.

Hi Jason,

Please select the Pegasus Volume in the Disk Utility and click on "First Aid" . It will try to repair and mout the Disk. It will also give you error message if the action is not successful.

If you get any error, please take the screenshot of the Utility and save a service report from the Promise Utility.

Register yourself as a user at @ https://support.promise.com and open a case with the requested reports. We will advise you further.

Running 'First Aid' completed succesfully, with no errors.  Drive still refufes to mount.  Support ticket opened.
