A second drive failed as I was attempting a rebuild on another failed drive. Now I can't rebuild the first and am not sure how to proceed.

Hi Karen,
We are sorry for the inconvenince caused to you. If you the unit is configured with RAID5 which can handle only one drive failure. If you have a second drive failure then the Logical drive will be marked as offline. Could you please go to https://support.promise.com to register the product and create a support ticket with the latest subsystem report for further investigation.
Go to the below link to download the latest version of the utility.

Follow the below step to save the subsystem report for further investigation.
- Open Promise Utility.
- Click subsystem information icon on the top of the window.
- Click the lock symbol in the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility.
- Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report.
