Hi, recently My R6 have a HDD dead, I waiting the new HDD coming , But just 2nd days one more HDD are dead too. Partition all Gone, Anyone For help how to Recover that Dead HDD to get back the DATA, I m using WINDOWS 10 Os. Pls help

Hi Tan,

Please get a service report from the Promise Utility in the System Information tab. Then zip is and attach it to your post.

At this kind happening , Do i change whole unit or just change all HDD? 

Btw this 1st gen how many TB can support per one?

ANy brand HDD and model suggest to buy?
