I restarted my Mac mini 2012 with High Sierra. Nothing in my Setup has changed. My R4 won’t mount and Pegasus Utility won’t display a GUI. I can only access Preferences. The drives are still all blue lit.  Please help.

I am running v4.02.0000.17 of the Promise Utility.

It's the same for me : Mac mini with OS 10.13.6. I can see the device in "About this mac" thunderbolt list, but the disks are not connected. The on/off button on the Pegasus is orange. All the disks are blue, exept one. Promise utility doesn't find the device at all.

Hi,

Kindly go to the link below to install the latest drivers to see if you are able to mount the volume.

I have the same problem. I've also downloaded the drivers. The promise utility just doesn't seem to register that the R4 is connected at all.

Interestingly it works fine when connected to my macbook air running the same verson of macOS just not to the iMac.
