Hello Marian,

Kindly create a support case at support.promise.com and attach the subsystem report of the unit so we can investigate further.

Steps to save the subsystem report :

1) Open Promise Utility.
2) Click subsystem information icon on the top of the window.
3) Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility.
4) Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report

In such a situation, I would advise you to contact specialists who can solve this problem for you. I have never worked with Pegasus R4, so I can't give you clear instructions on what to do. Still, I advise you to contact the raid data recovery service my friend works. If you go there, your problem will be solved quickly. Just remember, if you need it, then write to me in private messages. I will already give your contacts to my friend and maybe your problem will be solved much cheaper, and maybe even for free. Good luck to you, my man. I hope it helps.

I agree. Once 2 drives go down in a RAID5 with only 4 bays, you are in deep water. If one of those 2 can be repaired or is not completely out then you can rebuild but no time to waste
