Hi have an old Pagasus from 2011 that keeps powering down. I can no longer get it to come up. I turn the power on, it stays on but I can't access it. Then it powers down after about 20 minutes.
Suggestions?

Hi Colleen,
Could you, please shut down the unit and remove all the drives from the unit and boot the unit without the drives and check if the unit stays powered up for a long time. If the unit is powered up and stays on without the drives then, kindly follow the below steps to save the subsystem report and go to https://support.promise.com to create a support ticket for further investigation.
Go to the below link go download the latest version of the utility.

Follow the below step to save the subsystem report for further investigation.
- Open Promise Utility.
- Click subsystem information icon on the top of the window.
- Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility.
- Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report.

Pradeep C,
I unplugged the drive from all other units. Pushed the power button. All the blue lights come on. After 5 minutes they all turn off.
What should I do now?
