I have a Pegasus R4 with three 2TB drives. Yesterday, I noticed it won't mount on the iMac and the red power button is on but the drives show blue.

After turning it off, removing drives, and unplugging and plugging cables back in, I see that one of the three hard drives is only showing a single blue light instead of two blue lights like the other two drives.

I did not have the Promise Utility installed until this morning, so not sure the subsystem report will do any good.

Please advise next steps.

Thank you for your assistance.

This is what comes up as soon as I open Promise Utility.

Hi David,

Kindly close this information page without clicking any option to avoid data loss. After closing the page, try to get the subsystem report. Visit support.promise.com to create a web support case id and attach the subsystem report to verify the issue in your Pegasus R4.

Steps to save the subsystem report:

- Open promise utility

- Click subsystem information icon on the top of the Promise Utility window

- Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility

- Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report and attach it to this case.

Below is the Promise KB link to know how to attach files to the web support case:

Note: If you are unable reply to this web support case, it could be a issue with the pop up blocker on your browser.

Please disable the pop up blocker and try to click on the case ID to open.

Regards,

Ranjith
