Pegasus R4 doesn't appear in Promise Utility

I have a R4 that has disappeared from my Mac (10.11.6), with the exception of System Information still sees it on the Thunderbolt port. Does anyone have any experience troubleshooting such a problem?

Hi,

Can you see the Promise Pegasus from Disk Utility? Are you able to access the Promise Utility on your mac machine? What is the last change made on the unit? Please let me know the LED status of the unit.

No, I cannot see it in Disk Utility.

Yes, I can access the Promise Utility on my Mac, as indicated in the subject of this discussion.

I updated the firmware a few weeks ago, but it was running fine since then, so I don't suspect it.

The LEDs look normal.

Oh, and my mistake, it's an R6.
