I have an imac which I upgraded to sierra My pegasus r4 was working and mounting fine until I accidentally unmounted it and no longer can get the imac to recognize. I have unplugged reboooted attempted to download firmware but for some reason my Promise utility will not open :( Any thoughts? I am hooked directly from Promise r4 unit by thundrerbolt but disc utility does not even recognize anything is hooked to thubnderbolt port. All lites on Pegasus are blue

Hi Arthur,
In order to find the exact problem please send us the latest subsystem report.
Steps to save the subsystem report :
- Shutdown the pegasus
- Mark and Remove all the drives from the unit
- Turn ON the unit without the drives
- Open Promise Utility
- Click subsystem information icon on the top of the window
- Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility
- Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report and attach it to this thread..
Also attach the Mac system profiler to this thread, please find the instructions below,
- Mac system profiler (Click Apple Icon > About this Mac > System Report > Choose 'File' & 'Save')
