hi all

first sorry for my english im a french guy

So, i have a PEGASUS R4

after e lot of problem of power my disks have big problem

i dont know how use RAID 5 buid ...

i need help all my work on Sound studio are on this disk

i send 4 screen capture of pegasus utilitaire , if someone can help me i dont how

PLEASE Need help

Hi David,

From the attached screenshot I could see 3 of the drives in this unit reporting dead and the array is set to offline state. Please contact Promise Tech Support on 408-228-1500 for further assistance.
