Red lights are on after 2 power surges. Is there any way to rebuild/recover the data? Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi Michael,

Please reach us through creating the web support case id at support.promise.com with attaching subsystem report, so we can verify and help on this.

Steps to save the subsystem report:

 

- Open promise utility

- Click subsystem information icon on the top of the Promise Utility window

- Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility

- Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report and attach it to this case.
