After updating to 10.15.2 (thanks, forced upgrade from IT) my Pegasus will not turn on at all.
Blue lights on the machine (including drives and thunderbolt 3 connection light) after I restart, but no connection. I installed the driver from the website and still no connection after restart.
Tried different thunderbolt cables and no improvement.
Finally, I powered down and moved the unit to another computer......but NOW IT WON'T POWER ON AT ALL.
Any ideas? Live chat tech support can't solve it.
