Just purchased a Pegasus3 R4 and it won't mount on my iMac 2017 27" desktop. Is there anything I need to do other than connect with the thunderbollt 3 connector?

Please install the Pegasus3 drivers for MAC for the volume to be mounted. Kindly go to the link below to download the drivers.

Also, please make sure to use the compatible thunderbolt3 to thunderbolt2 adapters. Kindly go to the link below to download the compatibility list.

Thanks. As soon as I posted this I realized I hadn't installed drivers. The Quick Start booklet that comes with the RAID doesn't mention this... probably should.
