Pegasus J4 died. Options?

I have a Pegasus J4 that died.  Will the 2.5" SATA drives work in another Promise device?  Can I send the drives somewhere for the files to be recovered?

Pegasus J4 models are one of our Legacy Products. There are no updates on these products and we dont have any repair option.

We see that you have created an web support case for this issue. Please check the case for further updates.

Can I take my drives out of the Pegasus J4 and use them in newer promise hardware in order to recover the files?
