When I connect my Pegasus 3 via a thunderbold 3 to thunderbolt 2 adapter seems like everything is not working properly. I use the last update in promise utility and drivers like support center mentioned to me before.
The temprature is always high causing fans to make a lot of noise.
The pegasus causes iMac to reboot every since a while.
The pegasus can not sleep and wake with iMac.

In order to assist you further on this we need to analyze the subsystem report, please create a web support case in support.promise.com and attach the report.
Steps to save the subsystem report:
- Open promise utility
- Click subsystem information icon on the top of the Promise Utility window
- Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility
- Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report and attach it to this case.

when i try to attach it here i get the msg file extension not allowed
how i can attach the report?
