Hi there,

I have been using my Pegasus2 for 5 years without any problem until this morning.

since the default 1TB SSD of my Macpro 2013 was full, I have replaced it by an OCW 2TB Aurora Pro X 2TB. I am on the latest release of OSX 10.13.

Since the Aurora Pro X was not recoginzed, I had to boot OSX in internet mode and use the apple disk utility to format it in APFS. I then restored by back up using SuperDuper and rebooted successfully using the Aurora Pro X.

From then on I am not able to see the Pegasus2.

- It doesn't show in the finder

- when I try to lunch Promise utiliity (latest version), only the menu bar is shown without any window

- If I mount another Thunderbolt unit in chain behind the Pegasus2 that one is correctly displayed, so I don't think it is a thunderbold physical connection issue.

Would you mind adivsing how to proceed to get the Pegasus2 recognized and access its content?

Thank you.

OK, it seems that rebooting the Pegasus2 has fixed the issue for now... :-)
