please help! My Pegasus 2 R6 shuts down by itself after 20 seconds upon powerup. All hard drives run with blue leds. The power light turns from red to blue, seems everything is fine, but turn back to red and shuts down.

Thank you for choosing Promise Technology, Inc. for your storage needs.
The Pegasus will automatically shut down after booting up if there is no active Thunderbolt connection, i.e the host machine should be powered up and the thunderbolt cable connected. Do check if the thunderbolt cable is properly seated on both the ends. If the physical connection is fine and still the same issue, try the other Thunderbolt port on the Pegasus & also on the Mac and check.

Thanks it works! But this auto shutdown feature is pretty strange though.
