Pegasus 2 R6 - problem with disk array and logical drive

Hello, 

I have two Pegasus 2 R6 to manage the data, and both are experiencing problems. 

The first one indicates when I open the Promise utility software that "a raid array issue has been detected" and that the data are currently at risk. 

In the system status windows it indicates that the problem comes from the disk array and the logical drive, both have a red cross emoticons. 

It doesn't appear on the mac, even when I go to about this mac > system report > hardware > thunderbolt 

 

The second one is detected by the mac, but the power button appears orange and the first disk has a red led on the disk array emoticon. 

 

What can I do ? Thanks.

Hello Adele,

Kindly register the units at support.promise.com then create a web support ticket, to the ticket attach the subsystem report so we can investigate further and assist you.

Steps to save the subsystem report :
 
1) Open Promise Utility.
2) Click subsystem information icon on the top of the window.
3) Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility.
4) Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report
