Hello! I’m having an issue with my Pegasus2 R6. I’m running a late 2013 iMac on High Sierra, 10.13.06. I plugged the drive into my computer using a thunderbolt connection on both ends and it was not recognized, not on the desktop/Finder level, in disk utility, nor in the Promise Drive Utility that I downloaded from the site. The only place it was recognized was on my system report under “Thunderbolt devices.“ All of the lights on the drive are solid blue, including the one noting a thunderbolt connection. I’ve tried using different thunderbolt ports on my iMac, different thunderbolt cables, even different power cables. I’ve restarted and restarted again. Nothing helps. When I plugged the drive into a 2011 MacBook Pro, however, the computer recognized the drive immediately. There are other threads like the one below that talk about this same problem but they always seem to be resolved outside of the discussion board. https://forum.promise.com/thread/promise-pegasus-not-mounting-new/ I have absolutely no idea what my next steps should be. Any thoughts? I’m starting a job on Monday and I’m starting to sweat.
