My Pegasus2 drive has been working great for many years. This week it stopped mounting to my Mac Pro and is stuck in standby or idle mode. The Promise Utility app seems to working as it is connecting with the device. Finder is not showing the device. Any suggestions.

In order to assist you on this issue, we need to analyse the subsystem report, please save and attach it to the web support case id at support.promise.com
Steps to save the subsystem report:
- Open promise utility
- Click subsystem information icon on the top of the Promise Utility window
- Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility
- Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report
