Pegasus 2 R6 is shutting down

Dear Sir,

The Promise Pegasus 2 R6 is shutting down after turming it on, the red light becomes blue for ten seconds then it shuts down. I have removed all drives and turned on the pegasus but it still shuts down after 20 sec. please help.
