Hi team. I have been sending a few emails this morning (iMac) and then suddenly my RAID drive starts beeping. I noticed that drive 1 top light is red and the bottom light is on (no flashing like the rest of the drives). I can still see all my files on the drive. Can I get some assistance on how to fix this?

Hello Matthew,
Kindly create a web support ticket at support.promise.com and attach the subsystem report so we can investigate further and assist you.
Steps to save the subsystem report :
1) Open Promise Utility.
2) Click subsystem information icon on the top of the window.
3) Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility.
4) Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report

I hate abrupt sounds and too bright lights. It isn’t very pleasant, and sometimes you want to throw anything out of the house that glows or makes sounds. I hope you’d solve this problem soon.
