Pegasus 2 R4 not visible to my new 16 inch Macbook Pro (2019)

I am using the Apple Thunderbolt to USB C adaptor.  The promise utility app also does not work - the navigation panel bar opens, the app opens, but there is no contents pane or modal.

Please confirm what steps to take in order to access my data?

Please do not send me a link to any compatibility list which *doesn't* include Macbook Pro 16 inch.

Hi Sol,

Could you confirm that your Mac have Thunderbolt 3 port or Thunderbolt 2 port?

If it's Thunderbolt 3 port, are you using Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 adapter to connect the Pegasus2?

Yes, Macbook pro -> Apple's Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) to Thunderbolt 2 Adaptor -> Pegasus 2 R4

Same for me: ALL my Pegasus2 do not mount with the Apple Thunderbolt3 (USB-C) to Thunsderbolt2 adaptor...

I just bought the latest iMac27 and 2 of these adaptors expecting to connect my Pegasus2 R6 + R8

The same for my MacBookPro 2019. Even not my Pegasus2 M4 is working...

So, what is the solution now ?

A new firmware update ?
