Pegasus 2 R4 - HardDrive Failure(s)

Our Media dept purchased 2 x Pegasus 2 R4 3 years ago which have been linked up to MacPros.

One unit has been used frequently in the past 12months the second unit now and again.

The first unit more importantly, 2 of the drives have failed ( Red light on front of drive bay) and the drive(s) are not mounting either normally or through disc utility.

I do realise the units are out of warranty, but am looking for some assistance to recover the data on the drive(s) if i can.

The systems were running Raid 5

Craig,

Basically, RAID 5 only allows one disk failure, so there might have data loss risk here. The Drives can be forced online if there is no errors on the drives, also need to check the sequence of the drive failure to proceed further.
