Our Media dept purchased 2 x Pegasus 2 R4 3 years ago which have been linked up to MacPros.
One unit has been used frequently in the past 12months the second unit now and again.
The first unit more importantly, 2 of the drives have failed ( Red light on front of drive bay) and the drive(s) are not mounting either normally or through disc utility.
I do realise the units are out of warranty, but am looking for some assistance to recover the data on the drive(s) if i can.
