Pegasus 2 R4 and Seirra - Read Only since Upgrade to Seirra

We upgraded my OS to Seirra and ever since then the Pegasus has become Read Only - without the ability to change to read and write.

Per Apple's instructions we reformatted the Pegasus ensured it was formatted to Mac OS Extened (Journaled) it worked for a day after transferrring files back, after restarting my OS the Pegasus went back to Mac OS Extended - without the (Journaled) and is again "read only".

Per Apple this issue lies with Promises - and we need to get an updated utility or firmware in order to ensure that we can run Seirra! Please provide the update! Thank you.

Pegasus2 R4 is fully compatible with Mac osx sierra. could you please let us know are you able to acces the promise utility software. If so please follow the below steps to generate the complete subsystem report to analyze.

Go to the below link go download the latest version of the utility.  http://promise.com/DownloadFile.aspx?DownloadFileUID=4124  

Follow the below step to save the subsystem report for further investigation. 
- Open Promise Utility.
- Click subsystem information icon on the top of the window.
- Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility. - Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report.

Please go to https://support.promise.com to create a support ticket and attach the subsystem report for further investigation.
