Hi

At two different clients we have seen this problem occur:

Got a Pegasus 2 R6 connect to a Mac Pro with system 10.11.4 and latest firmware 5.04.0000.57.

Also connect to a KVM monitor switch with VGA adapter directly to the mac.

The pegasus get sometimes unresponsive (like once a 10 days). Then we have to shutdown by plugin the powercord and also the Mac Pro. Then everything works again. Everything look fine in Promise utility and no problem running Media Patrol and Redundancy check. At a third client we have disabled "Displays have separate Spaces” in Missioncontrol, maybe thats helps. Just made that change on the other two. Anyone else seeing this. Have open two supportcases but no answers yet. Anyone has the same problem?

Yes, I am experiencing the same after a firmware update to 57. I have a pegasus 2 R8 attached to a mac mini OS 10.10.5. To resolve, I have to force the mac to power off, unplug/replug the pegasus, and then turn the mac back on. I am going to downgrade the firmware to 56 today to see if that resolve the issue. All was fine before the firmware update to the pegasus.

Promise support told me to try this:

Seems to work. Also disabled "Displays have separate Spaces" in Missioncontrol setting. To make sure that our monitorswitch didnt disrupted.
