Pegasus 1 R4 to work with Macbook Pro 2017?

Does anyone know if the legacy Pegasus (1) R4 will work on the new Macbook Pro 2017? If so, what adapter/dongle is required?

Hi Greg,

You need use Thunderbolt3 to Thunderbolt 1/2 adaptor in order to connect the Pegasus R4 unit. Please refer the below mentioned forum link:

Do I need to update the firmware on the Pegasus R4 unit or should I try it first with the adapter to see if it will work?
