I use 2 Pegasus1 R4 divers mounted on a MacPro. I was working with an R4 drive and I stopped the program. After that, I could not see some files in the R4 and the drive did not respond as usual. I rebooted the computer. I can no longer see the problematic Pegasus drive by Promise Utility, finder and terminal. The other one is still working fine as usual. I can't even switch it off and the power button down does nothing. There are no errors, no red lights.
Pegasus 1 R4 is not responding at all.

Thank you.
I unplugged to turn off and and tuned on. Now the drive works fine.
