Hello i've a Promis Pegasus 1; the software are not compatible with Mac OSX server El Capitan 10.11.4.

i think that we have a problem also with firmware version

what can i do?

Please download the new version of Promise Utility from the Download Center at www.promise.com under Support.

Once the new Utility is installed, use "Check For Updates" to upgrade the firmware.

After the firmware is successfully installed, eject the Pegasus volume from your desktop, turn the Pegasus off then back on.
