I use the Pegasus 2 R6 with my Macbook M1 Ultra but since I use more my PC for my proffesional work. I would like to use the Pagasus 2 R6 with my PC.

so here are my questions.

1. Is there a way to turn the Pegasus 2 R6 to a NAS OR connect it to my network (Obviously it will be formated to ExFat).

If Yes, How?

If No, Question 2

2. Here is the parts list to my PC, what PCI-E Expansion Card will be compatible to use with my Pegasus 2 R6

CPU: Intel I9-9900K
Motherboard: Asus ROG MAXIMUS XI FORMULA

No, there is no ethernet port, ethernet hardware, ethernet drivers or filesystem support. And there is not enough memory to run a NAS. In short, no way.

Update: What you can do is to export the Volume from macOS or Windows. Then network users will be able to mount the volume.

The Pegasus 2 is a Thunderbolt device, not a PCI device. You will need a Thunderbolt card. These are not generally available. If an HP computer with the optional thunderbolt is purchased, Thunderbolt support is often in a PCI card. But I have not seen these cards sold seperately.

The Asus ROG MAXIMUS XI FORMULA looks like a good gaming motherboard, but it does not support Thunderbolt that I can see. The Asus ROG MAXIMUS IX EXTREME supports Thunderbolt 3. But the Pegasus2 is Thunderbolt 2, so you'd need a TB3 to TB2 adapter.
